We specialise in transformational Change, Policy Research and Systems in the Public Sector.

What do we do?

Modena has been providing consulting and management services to UK Local Authorities since 2002. We have well over 20 customers, including Unitary and District Councils, Central Government, Government Agencies and shared services organisations.

Every assignment we undertake is different.  However, many of the projects we have undertaken have been driven by the following needs:

• The creation of new organisations under Local Government Review;
• The establishment of Partnerships and Shared Services;
• Assessing the impact of legislation and policy changes on practices, processes and systems;
• Improving internal efficiencies in support of the needs of the Comprehensive Spending Review;
• Improving the way in which customers gain access to services;
• The creation of a new organisations (e.g. Adult & Children Services, Customer Services);
• New IT systems requirements and implementation;
• Improving the availability and readiness of management information.
