A successful journey requires a roadmap if the traveller is to arrive on time and in one piece.  The same is true for an organisation embarking on a major change initiative.

We at Modena have been on many such journeys with our Customers. To know how to get there you need an objective assessment of current capabilities and how they match to those the organisation will need to achieve its vision. These can then be used to plan change activities in the three key areas of People, Process (including Policy) and Technology. Without implementing such a plan changes are only ever temporary.
